We collect the personal information you choose to give us when you use the Services, including when you create an account, purchase a program or product, register for a live session, join our community, subscribe to emails, complete a form, or contact us. This may include:

•       Identifying and contact information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.

•       Account and login information for our course and community platform.

•       Payment information, such as billing details, which is collected and processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves.

•       Content you submit, such as comments, posts, survey or assessment responses, and messages you send to us or share within the community.

•       Any other information you choose to provide.

 

Information we collect automatically.

When you visit the Site or use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information about your device and activity, including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, the dates and times of your visits, and the website you came from. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 6.

 

Information from third parties.

We may receive information about you from the third-party platforms and service providers we use to operate the Services, such as our course and community host, our payment processors, our email and analytics providers, and the video platform used for live sessions, as well as from any school, district, or organization that purchases access on your behalf.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including delivering courses, programs, digital products, and live sessions, and hosting our community.

• Process your purchases, deliver what you have bought, and provide customer support.

• Create and manage your account and authenticate your access.

• Send you marketing and promotional messages, special offers, and announcements, where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time.

•  Personalize and improve the Services and develop new offerings.

3. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK Visitors)

We share information with the third parties that help us operate the Services, including our course and community platform (Kajabi), the video platform used for live sessions (Zoom), our payment processors ([PAYMENT PROCESSORS, e.g., Stripe and PayPal]), our email and marketing tools, and our analytics providers. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.

• Institutional purchasers. If a school, district, or other organization purchases access to the Services on your behalf, we may share information about your registration and participation with that organization.

•  Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Force Multiplier IQ, our users, or others.

•  Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

•   With your consent. We may share your information for any other purpose with your consent.

 

5. Within the Community

If you participate in our community or post content through the Services, please be aware that information you share, including your name and the content of your posts, may be visible to other participants. Do not share information in community spaces that you wish to keep private.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. While Force Multiplier IQ works with schools and educators, our Services are purchased and used by adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from students. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

 

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.

 

13. International Visitors

Force Multiplier IQ is based in the United States, and the Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above and post the updated policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after the updated policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
